KVKK Disclosure Notice

This notice has been prepared to fulfill our disclosure obligation under Article 10 of Turkish Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data ("KVKK") regarding the personal data processed by us, identified below as the data controller.

• Contact Data: Name, phone number, email address and message content shared only when you contact us via WhatsApp, phone or email.
• Transaction Security Data: IP address, cookie identifiers, and browser/device information automatically obtained via your browser/device when you visit the Site.

The Site does not request any special category of personal data (including health data) through a form. Health data processed during examination/treatment is processed separately at the clinic, independently of this notice, in accordance with applicable regulations.

• Responding to appointment and information requests you submit via WhatsApp, phone or email.
• Ensuring the Site operates securely, uninterruptedly and correctly.
• Where you have given explicit consent, planning, carrying out and measuring the performance of advertising and marketing activities.

Responding to your contact request and operating the Site’s core functions are based on the legal grounds of legitimate interest and being directly related to the establishment/performance of a contract under KVKK Art. 5(2); data processed through analytics and advertising cookies is processed on the basis of your explicit consent.

If you consent to analytics/advertising cookies, the technical data obtained in this scope may be transferred, under KVKK Art. 9 and strictly for measurement/advertising purposes, to service providers such as Google LLC and Meta Platforms, Inc. located abroad. This transfer does not take place unless you provide consent.

• To request information if it has been processed,
• To learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used in accordance with that purpose,
• To know the third parties to whom your data is transferred, domestically or abroad,
• To request correction if processed incompletely or incorrectly,
• To request deletion or destruction when the conditions of KVKK Art. 7 are met,
• To request that correction/deletion actions be notified to third parties to whom the data was transferred,
• To object to the emergence of a result against you through analysis carried out exclusively via automated systems,
• To request compensation for damages in the event of unlawful processing.
