Youth Injections

Youth injections are used to reduce the effects of aging and give the skin a more youthful appearance. This method, in which substances such as amino acids, hyaluronic acid, vitamins and minerals are injected into the deeper layers of the skin, is known as a youth injection.

Hyaluronic acid, naturally abundant in the body at a young age, rapidly loses its effect from the age of 20 onward. As it decreases, the skin loses quality, radiance, firmness, moisture and elasticity.

It is a comfortable procedure that can be safely applied to all skin types and age groups.

What Is the Hyaluronic Acid Used in Youth Injections?

Hyaluronic acid, naturally present in the skin, maintains the skin’s moisture balance. As the skin ages, its production decreases, leading to wrinkles, dryness and loss of elasticity. In youth injections, hyaluronic-acid-containing filler substances are injected into the deeper layers of the skin to deeply hydrate it and support the skin’s natural collagen production.

How Is a Youth Injection Performed?

The procedure begins with a skin analysis of the patient, determining which components (vitamins, amino acids, minerals, hyaluronic acid) will be applied to which areas. The area is cleansed, a local anesthetic cream is applied if needed, and the substances are then injected into the deeper layers of the skin with fine needles. The application usually takes 15-30 minutes.

Depending on the treatment protocol, sessions may be scheduled two to four weeks apart; a total of three to four sessions may be recommended depending on the skin’s needs.

Do Youth Injections Reduce Wrinkles?

When hyaluronic acid, vitamins, minerals and amino acids are injected into the deeper layers of the skin, the skin’s own self-repair capacity increases. After the treatment, the skin becomes more hydrated, and the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles is reduced — this is particularly effective around the eyes, lip edges and forehead. It is also used on the neck, décolletage and hands.
