Under-Eye Filler

Under-eye filler is a treatment that uses hyaluronic acid to reduce aesthetically unwanted appearances such as under-eye bruising, dark/puffy circles and redness, giving the eyelid a more defined look and rejuvenating the skin.

Hyaluronic-acid-based filler is used to reduce the tired, hollow appearance that occurs as fat tissue decreases under the eyes. Its benefits:

These are generally minimal and resolve within 3-5 days. It is not recommended for patients with an allergic predisposition.

• Mild bruising and swelling may occur after the procedure.
• Edema may occur.
• Sensitivity may be felt in the treated area.

• Avoid eye makeup or concealer for the first 24 hours.
• Do not rub the area for at least 24-48 hours after injection.
• Avoid physical activity for 1-2 days.
• Apply an ice compress to the area for 5-10 minutes at a time during the first 48 hours.
